Recital Practice Videos
Our instructors are uploading videos of each dance so your dancer can practice at home. Just click the button below to access the video folder—and keep checking back! We’ll be adding new videos December and March.
Click on the link below, find your class date, then find the video for your class!
If your dancer has to miss a class, it’s super important they watch the video and catch up on any choreography they missed. Regular attendance makes a big difference, especially as we get closer to recital time. Thanks for helping us make sure your dancer feels confident and ready to shine on stage!

Costume Information
Please label EVERYTHING with your dancer’s name, including tights, accessories, and shoes! See the Costume Details spreadsheet below for more details on shoes, tights, accessories, hair, etc. for your dancer’s specific classes.
Please ensure your costumes are wrinkle-free by recital time. We know it is tempting for your dancers, especially younger ones, to play in their costumes. We highly recommend having one "fashion show" for your family and then placing the costume on a hanger in a closet until dress rehearsal.
If you have pets, take special care to protect your costumes (shiny sequins and fluffy tutus can look quite tempting to furry friends!). Some costumes come in a hanging bag from the manufacturer and may be kept hanging in that bag.
Tights:
For Ballet Classes, please purchase CAPEZIO BALLET PINK Tights (Adult STYLE 1915 & Child STYLE 1915C)
For Tap, Jazz & Hip Hop Classes, please purchase CAPEZIO SUNTAN Tights
(Adult STYLE 1915 & Child STYLE 1915)

Hair & Makeup

For ALL Hairstyles:
Please make sure your dancer’s hair is neat and tidy. Use ample hairspray and gel to slick down all whispies and stray hairs. Secure ponytails and buns so hairstyles stay put on stage. Lots of bobby pins, and don’t be afraid of a hairnet. They are a game changer to secure a bun!
For ponytails, please make them board straight OR curly. Anything in between tends to look messy. Please use hair ties that are as close in color to dancer’s hair as possible.
Hair Accessories:
Please secure all hair accessories with multiple bobby pins… flowers, bows, bandanas, etc. It’s super distracting when accessories are flying across the stage.
Makeup:
All dancers should wear make-up that enhances their features. For younger dancers (4th grade and under), pink blush, red lipstick, and neutral eyeshadow (golds, taupes, etc.) is great! Mascara if they like! For older dancers (5th grade and up), full makeup including pink blush, red lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara and eye liner.
Please no Nail Polish
