TUITION

• Tuition will be collected via auto draft of your bank or credit card.

• Monthly tuition is due in full and will be billed on the first of each month.

• Tuition has been calculated for the entire dance season August 15 through May, and then divided into nine monthly payments, plus two weeks in August.  Therefore, though some months have three weeks of class and some have five weeks, tuition will not be prorated.

• A student’s account must be in good standing in order to participate in Recital.

• If at any time you would like to drop your child from a class, you must notify Vandy via email by the 15th of the current month in order to be removed from the class roster for the following month.

 

COSTUME FEE

There will be one costume fee for each class, ranging from $65-$95 each.  This fee will be due the week of November 13th, 2023 so there is ample time to order and receive costumes in time for our Spring Recital.  After November 20th, please include an additional $10.00 Rush Fee. 

Costume Fees will be collected via auto draft of your bank or credit card on file.

 

RECITAL FEE

A non-refundable Recital Fee in the amount of $70.00 will be due the week of February 19th, 2024.  This fee will cover the cost of the recital venue, stage crew, music, props, programs, etc.

DANCE ATTIRE

Ballet/Tap Combo:

Any color/style leotard and pink tights.  Skirts and tutus are welcome!

Shoes: Pink ballet shoes NO BOWS preferred, black tap shoes WITH Tap Ties, elastic or Velcro. NO RIBBONS!!!

Hair: Should be secured and out of the dancer’s face.  A bun is preferred, but a ponytail is acceptable.

 

Jazz/Tap Combo:

Any color/style leotard and any style black dance bottom: leggings, tights, bike shorts, capri leggings, or jazz pants (think yoga pants). Please no gym shorts or street wear.

Shoes: tan slip on jazz shoes, black tap shoes WITH Tap Ties.

Hair: Should be secured out of dancers face.  Ponytail, braid(s), etc.

 

Jazz/Hip Hop Combo:

Any color/style leotard and any style black dance bottom: leggings, tights, bike shorts, capri leggings, or jazz pants (think yoga pants).

Shoes: tan slip on jazz shoes, any style tennis shoes for hip hop.

Hair: Should be secured out of dancers face.  Ponytail, braid(s), etc.

 

Ballet Class:

Black leotard any style and pink tights. Black skirts are OK.

Shoes: Pink ballet shoes

Hair: MUST BE IN A BUN

Tap Class:

Any color/style leotard and any style black dance bottom: leggings, tights, bike shorts, capri leggings, or jazz pants (think yoga pants). Please no gym shorts or street wear.

Shoes: Black lace-up oxford style tap shoes.

Hair: Should be secured out of dancers face.  Ponytail, braid(s), etc.

**Dancers must wear a cover up and street shoes to and from class. No dance shoes permitted outside.**
