Lake Highlands Dance Academy is thrilled to be an official Jr. DCC training studio for the DFW area! The program was founded and created to serve as a community outreach initiative, offering area dancers ages 5-12, the opportunity to be a part of the world class Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders organization and experience the thrill of being a DCC!
Classes
LHDA will offer three different classes each week, divided by age (age is by 9/1/2024).
Pink Jr. DCC: 5-6 yr. olds
Thursdays 3:30-4:15
Blue Jr. DCC: 7-8 yr. olds
Tuesdays 3:30-4:15
Silver Jr. DCC: 9-12 yr. olds
Mondays 4:30-5:15
Performances
Each team will have the opportunity to perform at some of the same events as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders!
- Dallas Cowboys Rally Days at AT&T Stadium
- Dallas Cowboys Christmas Extravaganza at The Star in Frisco
Other appearances/performances include The Dallas Christmas Parade, Light Up The Highlands, Hoops in the Highlands, local sporting events, and MORE!
Cost
- Tuition for each class is $100 per month (family discounts do not apply).
- Cost for the Jr. DCC Uniform (uniform, bow, poms and shoes) is approximately $300.
- The cost of ticketed events will vary and are the responsibility of each performer.
- Misc. costs may include t-shirts, face tattoos, etc.
Registration
Registration for the 2024-25 Jr. DCC season opens online for returning students on Saturday, 4/13 at 10:00am and for new students on Monday, 4/15 at 10:00am.
